FIVE STAR VIP SERVICE FOR CATS

We are even called the best in Finland! And it's no wonder when you look at our spacious suites and how we take care of our cats, with genuine love. The premises of our hotel have been inspected, approved and praised by an official veterinarian.

We are a very homely 5-star pet hotel in Tapanila, Helsinki and Kerava. We primarily take care of social and clean indoor cats. The most important thing for us during the cat care period is that the cat is comfortable the stay with us.

ONLY CATS FROM THE SAME FAMILY can stay in the same suite. We offer very spacious suites (10-35 m2) which are windowed and homely furnished, taking into account the comfort of the cat. 

Remember to book your cat's stay well in advance.

NOTE! In north-east Helsinki, we can also take care of your cat in your home. In this case, we will come as agreed 1-2 times a day to feed, give treats, change the water, clean the toilet, stroke and scratch and give attention to brushing if necessary. At the same time, the mail is carried inside and the flowers get water. more information can be obtained by contacting us. We agree with each individual on the compensation depending on the need for treatment and the distance.

• HIGH STANDARD SUITES

  -Singles approx. 10 m2, maximum for 2 cats from the same family

  -Doubles 25-35 m2, for one or more cats of the same family

  In our suites, you will find home-like furniture, TV and/or radio, and high-quality climbing trees that are also suitable for larger cats. For the sake of good hygiene, we keep as few textiles as possible in the suites but you can bring with you your own.

  The running wheel can be used by the cat free of charge if one is available. Mention the running bike when booking.

  The cat's holiday greetings are available on request. We do not automatically send greetings. If you want (for an additional fee), you can get the CATCAM service on your phone, where you can follow the cat's vacation in the hotel LIVE. By downloading the application to your phone, you can see the cat live in the suite. You can move the camera in different directions and zoom the image yourself.

  Daily cleaning. When each resident changes, the textiles in the space are washed and disinfected. The suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We use cleaning and disinfecting agents recommended by a veterinarian.

  FOOD: Bring own food with you to the hotel stay (same food that cat eats at home)

  ADDITIONAL: 5% is added to the total amount of the stay if the cat gets sick during the stay or is brought to us as a "patient". This fee covers possible trips to the vet, etc. and the extra work brought by the caretakers.

  NOTE TO CAT OWNERS:

  - Please bring and pick up the cat at the agreed time, not too early or very late because we may have feeding etc. on the way. If you are late, please notify us by phone, BY CALL. Thank you.

  When you reach us, please call!

  -DO NOT OPEN THE GATE YOURSELF! We will openit ! We help you carry the cats and supplies into the suite.

  Exact import and search times must be agreed separately and well in advance.

  We want to maintain a stress-free atmosphere for the hotel's customers. For this reason, we hope for as little traffic as possible indoors. 

  
  

  HEALTH RELATED:

  The health of the cats that come to our care is one of the most important things for us. Please make sure that the cat does not have parasites or contagious diseases. If your cat contracts a disease or brings parasites to the cat hotel, you are responsible for the incurred costs to the hotel and also to third parties.

  
  

  LIST TO BRING TO THE STAY:

  -Own food, treats, food and water containers (also exchange)

  -The cat's own toilet and the necessary sand/pellet, shovel.

  -A brush for brushing.

  -A bed, blanket, pillow, etc., where you smell your own home.

  -You can definitely bring toys.

  -If necessary, bring Feliway or another stress-relieving product.

  -Vaccination certificate. Our cats have their own private spaces (they do not share spaces with other cats).

  Vaccination recommendation: We recommend a valid triple vaccine (feline distemper, herpes and distemper)
